Day to day
- Provide level one technical support for hospitals using an enterprise imaging solution
- Perform routine database administration tasks including monitoring user access backups and system health checks
- Triage troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate when needed while documenting solutions and sharing knowledge
- Communicate clearly and calmly with customers and collaborate closely with the team to keep healthcare providers running smoothly
- Learn and grow knowledge of systems databases and imaging technologies to support more complex work over time
