Who you are

  • 3+ years of work experience in technical support or engineering
  • Experience writing scripts or internal tools using APIs, and functional knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity programming in Typescript, Python, or Ruby
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Mindset of customer empathy and ability to solve challenging problems

Desirables

  • Worked on modern enterprise software
  • Knowledge of AWS services
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code
  • Knowledge of Frontend Tools and Frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
