Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support
  • Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Strong understanding of networking environments
  • Experience with API integrations is preferred
  • Must have analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in incident, problem, and change management.

What the job involves

  • Provide bilingual (English & Spanish) technical support to enterprise customers.
  • Deliver support via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues on customers' servers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams using JIRA and Service Cloud.
  • Integrate our products into customer environments using APIs.
