- Background in Electrical Engineering Electronics Power Systems Automation Renewable Energy or related fields
- Strong client-facing skills with ability to resolve on-site technical issues independently
- Willingness to travel frequently for business sometimes on short notice
- Prior experience in PV inverters or energy storage systems is preferred

Day to day
- Provide pre-sales technical support to installer clients in the UK market
- Deliver in-process and after-sales troubleshooting for on-site technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer visits market research and service documentation
