Day to day
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients by leading technical configuration efforts.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer and technical support to resolve issues.
- Debug complex codebase issues and work with various technologies used by customers.
- Develop new features and enhancements within internal tools.
- Collaborate closely with engineering sales and account teams to optimize customer experiences.
- Offer rotating weekend on-call coverage for urgent customer support needs.
