  • HNC level education or time served in an engineering discipline preferably mechanical engineering
  • Ability to resolve technical problems with hardware and software
  • Highly PC and tech literate especially in Microsoft Windows
  • Previous field service or remote engineering product support experience preferred
  • Customer facing and polished personality
  • Ability to travel within and outside the UK
  • Stable and reliable internet connection
  • Driving licence preferred

Day to day

  • Provide remote technical support for machine hardware and software faults
  • Triaging incoming jobs and prioritising urgent issues
