Requirements
- HNC level education or time served in an engineering discipline preferably mechanical engineering
- Ability to resolve technical problems with hardware and software
- Highly PC and tech literate especially in Microsoft Windows
- Previous field service or remote engineering product support experience preferred
- Customer facing and polished personality
- Ability to travel within and outside the UK
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Driving licence preferred

Day to day
- Provide remote technical support for machine hardware and software faults
- Triaging incoming jobs and prioritising urgent issues
