Who you are

• HNC in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Remote Support Engineer or supporting engineers/customers remotely
• Strong technical knowledge in the medical device industry, specifically ultrasound
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate activities with external partner field service engineers
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using remote access tools and diagnostic equipment
