Who you are

  • HNC in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge in ultrasound medical devices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage activities with external partner field service engineers
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in remote access tools and diagnostic equipment.



What the job involves

  • Serve as the primary contact for regional customers
  • Manage service incidents and create and allocate tickets in the Service Management System
  • Offer remote guidance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Utilize remote access tools and diagnostic equipment to resolve complex problems
  • Create quotes and cost estimates for in-field actions.
