- HNC in Engineering or equivalent required
- Proven remote support experience
- Strong technical knowledge in the medical device industry specifically Ultrasound
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage activities with external partner service engineers
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in using remote access tools and diagnostic equipment.

- Manage service incidents and allocate tickets in the Service Management System
- Provide pre-clarification of issues and remote technical support
- Determine the necessity of on-site interventions and coordinate effectively
