Who you are

• Basic technical knowledge in software and hardware solutions including Windows OS servers storage and troubleshooting

What the job involves

• Collaborate with the Technical Services Team assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions
• Perform technical installations of radiology software ensuring application readiness and handling technical configurations
• Support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS RIS VNA
• Troubleshoot system failures document solutions and ensure efficient service delivery
• Classify prioritize and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety
• Customize monitoring tools produce technical reports and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap
