Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven work 8+ years of experience as a Data Architect/Lead or similar role
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling, ETL, data quality, and data governance
Hands-on experience with Oracle, MS SQL, .Net, Power BI, SSAS TABULAR Cube, SSIS, SnowFlake, modeling, data warehousing, and more
Experience with creating functional specification documents
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to triage and prioritize tickets based on severity and business impact
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in leading technical support teams and providing mentorship to junior team members
Knowledge of database architecture principles and design patterns
Understanding of ETL processes and technologies
Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Communicate effectively with clients on development work, ticket status, and issue resolution
Coordinate with client internal team members on ongoing activities
Contribute to solution expansion and key-development activities for enhancement
Create functional specification documents
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data warehouse applications
Develop technical solutions for data integration, data quality, and data governance issues
Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of project milestones
Identify, prioritize, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders as necessary
