  • Strong HTML/CSS knowledge
  • JS knowledge is advantageous
  • Experience with CMSs and CRMs
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in supporting customers with SaaS or IaaS products
  • Fluency in English.



What the job involves

  • Provide first line diagnostic/troubleshooting support and technical expertise
  • Utilize our support ticketing system to respond to incoming tickets
  • Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance support quality.
