What the job involves

• Responsibly handle technical and non-technical customer queries via email and occasionally via phone and live chat.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams on product issues and updates.
• Support other strategic initiatives as needed.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for the product line.
