Who you are

  • AS or BS in Robotics IT Computer Science or related field required.
  • Experience in Help Desk Technical Support or Customer Support role.
  • Communicate technical/complex information effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and gather information on technical issues.
  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.

Desirables

  • Windows OS familiarity
  • Help Desk exp.



What the job involves

  • Navigate and solve tier 1 and 2 technical issues.
  • Relay root-cause analysis on customer accounts.
  • Collaborate in email and phone consultations.
  • Work with engineering staff on complex technical issues.
  • Create and maintain knowledge-based articles.
  • Update technical skills actively and continuously.
