Role


Who you are

  • Proven technical background with a degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in technical support or product specialist role
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with high attention to detail
  • Strong experience with help desk ticketing systems like Salesforce or JIRA
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN configurations and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of regulations (IEC 62304 82304) and ITIL methodology a plus

  • Agile methods experience



What the job involves

  • Serve as a crucial link between customers and the R&D team by ensuring total customer satisfaction.
  • Train and support customers worldwide in using medical imaging software effectively.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting remotely and on-site as needed.
  • Utilize and manage the Help Desk Ticketing System to handle and resolve customer issues.
  • Support the sales team by demonstrating products to potential clients.
