  • Bachelor's degree in IT Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Application or Technical Support with 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across various hardware software and platforms
  • Knowledge in networking concepts protocols configurations and cloud computing
  • Excellent communication interpersonal problem-solving and analytical skills
