Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of technical writing or directly related experience
- Ability to read and understand code in at least one or two languages such as Python JavaScript TypeScript Go Java C or C++ or Ruby
- Experience creating content for a technical developer or engineering audience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to explain and discuss your own written work in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines
- Comfort receiving feedback and completing multiple rounds of revision
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent high-quality work
- Eligibility to work as a W-2 employee in the applicable hiring location

Day to day
- Create clear and accurate technical content for developer and engineering audiences using detailed writing standards
- Read source code and explain programming concepts technical decisions and coding reasoning in plain English
- Review revise and improve work based on editorial and technical feedback while maintaining strong quality and productivity
