What the job involves
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, installation guides, API documentation, and whitepapers for security products.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accurate, targeting both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with engineers, developers, and product managers to understand the functionality, requirements, and security aspects of our products.
