Who you are
- High-school diploma or general education degree required with Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-4 years of previous experience in nuclear power operations and/or 1-2 years of workorder planning and previous procedure writer experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to exercise analytical and logical thinking
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities
Desirables
- Previous qualification to prepare/review a 50.59 screening
- Previous experience in Nuclear Energy Production
- Previous experience as a procedure writer or work planner
What the job involves
- Perform technical duties including researching program and process requirements and the efficacy of procedure changes
- Responsible to open the PDF to find a copy of the procedure and then redline it
- Use the procedures to figure out what reviews need to take place to approve the change and who the ultimate owner of that procedure is so they can approve it
- Correspond with certain people to implement changes
- Correspond with our DOC control department to issue and update changes
