  • 2+ years experience
  • Experience with software tools to develop edit maintain deliver and display technical materials
  • Familiarity with JIRA Confluence and MIRO
  • 1 or more years of experience creating software documentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment with flexibility and coordination
  • Public Trust Eligible

Day to day

  • Create and refine user documentation for GARFO software applications in a clear and publicly presentable format.
  • Edit and reformat developer-created materials into comprehensive documentation that is section 508 compliant and ready for web publication.
  • Collaborate with development teams and attend meetings to gather information support dispersed stakeholders and help maintain accurate technical content.
