Day to day

  • The Technical Writer drives the creation of a documentation methodology and framework and maintains proper methodology for the purposes of consistency and efficiency.
  • The Technical Writer prepares and maintains documentation, translates business specifications into user documentation, and plans, writes, and maintains systems and user support documentation.
  • Interview internal employees and external customers to create useful, communicative content.
