Day to day

  • Design, draft, and maintain field-ready technical documentation for utility operations, including process maps, SOPs, job aids, manuals, and videos

  • Research policies materials and vendor inputs validate deliverables and support governance review and approval workflows
  • Perform onsite job walks coordinate media content and maintain documentation for process changes safety workstreams and pilot projects
