Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technical Communication Library Science or related field
- 3+ years in technical writing content administration technical documentation or CMS management
- 1-2 years working in user-facing instructional manuals
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro Jira Confluence and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with DITA and structured content management systems preferred
- Ability to understand medical clinical and technical aspects of diabetes management and drug delivery products

Day to day
- Support and maintain Omnipod user guides across multiple languages markets and configurations.
- Migrate content into a newly implemented content management tool and help refine content workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including regulatory medical engineering and product stakeholders to keep documentation accurate and compliant.
