Who you are
- 3+ years of experience writing software documentation for new and existing products
- 3+ years of experience working with DevOps tooling like observability platforms, CI/CD providers, cloud providers, infrastructure as code platforms
Desirables
- Web development or system administration background
- Experience writing for open-source communities and enterprise IT teams
What the job involves
- Defining, implementing, and enforcing an information architecture for product documentation
- Writing monthly changelogs and documentation for new features with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Continuously creating and updating documentation based on feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and website analytics
- Providing strategic guidance to the leadership team on growing the footprint of technical writing at Coder
