Who you are

What the job involves

• Work closely with the Technical Writing team engineering team and other stakeholders to collaborate on product documentation efforts for our website
• Report to the Head of Technical Account Management and Product Owner providing regular updates on documentation progress and challenges
• From-scratch creation of technical documents relating to the functionality of APIs and SaaS products This includes user guides integration guides API reference documents and/or troubleshooting guides
• Maintain and update existing documentation as changes are introduced to products ensuring all information is current and accurate
• Learn and match the current writing team’s content style and processes to ensure consistency across all documentation
• Focus on creating documentation that enhances the user experience making it easy for developers and other users to understand and implement our client’s services
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant security and privacy standards working closely with InfoSec teams to address any concerns
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality
