Who you are

• Proven experience in technical writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Freshdesk, WordPress, and community forum software
• Strong attention to detail
• Experienced in writing for multiple audiences
• Skilled in HTML and CSS
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar software
• Background in technology, accounting, or restaurants
• Video editing experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Desire to help team members and customers with a positive attitude

What the job involves

• Produce training documentation including customer-facing and internal materials, scripts for training videos, and other deliverables such as tooltips, guides, and in-app notifications
• Responsible for the upcoming R365 Customer Community, including moderating the forum, producing posts, and spotlighting partners
• Work with various teams to update and maintain existing documentation, produce documentation for new modules and features, and provide regular analytics reports on support center usage
