Day to day
- Maintain an internal library of standard operating procedures for the client services team.
- Be aware of changes to internal processes by integrating with different teams within client services and establishing connections with leadership as well as subject matter experts.
- Proofread and edit client services SOPs for structure, tone, accuracy, AI compatibility, and design before publishing.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive style guide for SOPs and train internal team members on writing skills to create cohesive internal content.
- Assist the content team with external content needs such as help articles, FAQs, and other client-facing materials.
