What the job involves
Maintain an internal library of standard operating procedures for the client services team.
Be aware of changes to internal processes by integrating with different teams within client services and establishing connections with leadership as well as subject matter experts.
Proofread and edit client services SOPs for structure, tone, accuracy, AI compatibility, and design before publishing.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive style guide for SOPs and train internal team members on writing skills to create cohesive internal content.
Assist the content team with external content needs such as help articles, FAQs, and other client-facing materials.
