Requirements
- Relevant technical writing experience aligned to the role
- Ability to translate SME and technical input into clear plans procedures and job aids
- Experience producing After-Action Reports or similar exercise documentation
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and standard document-production tools
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Ability to work within the continental U.S. for the duration of the engagement
- Prior experience documenting business continuity emergency management cybersecurity or physical security content
- Prior utility critical-infrastructure or energy-sector experience
- Familiarity with HSEEP-style After-Action Report formatting and exercise documentation conventions
- Prior consulting or contracting background
