Who you are
- 3+ years experience in a SaaS or IT environment with a focus on technical writing.
- Strong understanding of technical writing nuances and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Experience with Git and Markdown or similar lightweight markup languages.
What the job involves
- Work closely with Elastic engineers and product teams to document new features.
- Produce a variety of technical content including how-tos, tutorials, and user guides.
- Utilize Git and GitHub for a software development-driven documentation process.
- Test and verify the accuracy and consistency of both the product and its documentation.
