  • 3+ years experience in customer-facing technical writing for SaaS or IT products
  • Proficiency in Markdown
  • Asciidoc
  • Or similar lightweight markup languages
  • Experience using Git and GitHub
  • Able to quickly learn new technological concepts
  • Strong attention to detail in grammar and sentence structure
  • You can work independently in a rapidly changing environment
  • Comfortable reading and understanding code
