Requirements
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in developing online and printed software documentation
- Ability to create software documentation and edit update existing documentation
- Knowledge of Linux system administration and cloud platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Mac Pages Keynote HTML and Wiki
- Ability to work with subject matter experts QA and developers
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with quality content

- Create detailed and accurate documentation for open source cloud platforms and internally designed software
