Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3+ years of technical writing experience in biotech healthcare or similar industries
- Experience in writing product user documentation
- Knowledge of tech writing principles content management and reuse
- Proficient with MadCap Flare XML/DITA or similar authoring systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent English language skills with attention to grammatical and editorial standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing conditions

Day to day
- Plan write and edit technical documentation for various scientific audiences
- Collect data through interviews research and product use
- Work with XML-based content development systems and maintain high document standards
- Release finished documentation and maintain organized documentation records
- Demonstrate expertise in technical writing standards and user experience
- Engage with stakeholders across various teams to ensure quality documentation
