Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English Technical Communications Journalism Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years technical writing experience supporting IT software cloud or cybersecurity projects
- Experience supporting federal DoD or state/local government programs
- Excellent written verbal editing and proofreading skills
- Experience developing documentation from subject matter expert interviews
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and version control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word PowerPoint Excel and Visio
- Experience with SharePoint Confluence Adobe Acrobat or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment

Day to day
- Develop clear and accurate technical documentation for IT consulting and defense programs.
- Create and maintain system documents SOPs user guides administrator guides training materials and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with project managers engineers architects cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to gather information and keep repositories organized.
