Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, Public Health
• 3+ years of experience as Technical Writer or in related areas
• Strong research and technical writing skills
• Ability to manage projects and to communicate with staff, customers and technology experts related to health care quality, digital quality and data integration
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function in minimally supervised environment

• Familiarity with industry trends
• Emerging technologies knowledge
• Documentation best practices

What the job involves

• This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining user manuals, online guides, technical specifications and other content to support NCQA products
• Plays a critical role in ensuring successful product use leading to satisfaction, loyalty, and renewal
• Support ongoing alignment of NCQA materials across different teams
• Facilitate internal communication channels across teams and provide regular reviews of processes with opportunities for improvement
• Drive escalated issues blocking customer success
• Review and revise documentation on an ongoing basis ensuring it is up to date with latest product releases, updates, changes, and industry trends
