Day to day
- Create accessible and user-friendly technical documentation for VDI management tools
- Work closely with designers and engineers across the software development lifecycle
- Research, test, write, manage source content, localize, and publish documentation using XML structured authoring tools
- Use AI tools and scripting languages such as Python JavaScript and PowerShell to improve and automate documentation processes
