Requirements
- 3+ years of technical writing experience in software networking or cloud infrastructure
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including Zero Trust SD-WAN VPN TLS DNS and edge computing
- Experience documenting RESTful APIs SDKs and command-line tools
- Familiarity with Markdown Git Swagger OpenAPI and docs generators such as Docusaurus Hugo or MkDocs
- Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Kubernetes DevOps practices or cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
- Experience contributing to open-source projects or developer-focused documentation
- Ability to create visual aids such as flowcharts network diagrams and architecture schematics

Day to day
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for developers, DevOps teams, and enterprise IT users.
- Translate complex networking and cloud concepts into user-friendly guides, API docs, tutorials, and architecture content.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, SMEs, UX, support, and product teams to validate information and improve documentation quality.
