- Own and continuously improve help centre articles guides snippets and prompts that power AI support and deliver fast accurate human sounding answers
- Train and tune the AI support agent by reviewing real conversations spotting errors and fixing missing or misunderstood content at the source
- Write high quality articles screen recordings and annotated screenshots while also stepping into complex sensitive support conversations and occasional cover
