Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English Communications Technical Writing or related field or equivalent experience with 3–5+ years technical writing experience in fintech or regulated industries OR 7 years technical writing experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance
- Strong ability to understand and explain complex technical systems
- Experience writing API documentation and developer-facing content
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe writing and editing capabilities
- Proficient in Confluence and SharePoint documentation and knowledge base systems
- Proficient in Markdown editors and Git GitHub GitLab for technical tools and version control
- Excellent writing editing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured thinking and content organization
- Adaptability in fast-paced regulated environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
