What the job involves

• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
• Gain a deep understanding of products and services, translating complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
• Write and edit user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language for user success
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to understand product goals and audiences
• Partner with subject matter experts across the company to deeply learn the Tackle platform
• Continuously monitor customer support case patterns and proactively address knowledge gaps in documentation
• Familiarity with Agile and developer-centric tools such as GitHub and Jira
