Requirements
- 5+ years of professional technical writing experience
- Portfolio with user manuals and safety documentation
- Experience with medical devices consumer electronics or wellness technology products
- Familiarity with FDA IEC UL EU MDR and/or CE requirements
- Knowledge of ISO 14971 IEC 62366 and ANSI Z535 / ISO 7010
- Proficiency in structured authoring tools such as MadCap Flare Adobe FrameMaker or Oxygen XML
- Experience with content management systems version control and single-source publishing
- Exceptional written English and ability to simplify technical concepts
- Strong project management skills managing multiple product lines and deadlines

Day to day
- Owns creation and maintenance of product documentation for consumer wellness devices, translating complex technical specifications into clear and compliant content.
- Writes user manuals, quick-start guides, safety inserts, warning labels, packaging copy, and troubleshooting materials with precision and consistency.
- Collaborates closely with engineering, product, regulatory, legal, design, and brand teams to ensure technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and premium voice.
