Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Journalism, or IT with a focus on Technical Writing
- 3-6 years of experience in technical editing and writing with a focus on documenting operational processes and procedures
- Proficient in Confluence, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Oracle/PeopleSoft
- Mastery of Technical Writing & Editing
- Strong meeting coordination and facilitation skills
- Proficient in project and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to learn quickly, process information, and apply reference knowledge in diverse situations
- Experience in coaching others to proficiency in Technical Writing & Editing
- Skilled in managing multiple, diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments, and operating with speed, accuracy, and strong judgment
- A penchant for mastering and understanding process details to simplify content for others
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, resourcefulness, adaptability, and pragmatic solution-finding

Day to day
- Reviewing written content by other team members and providing coaching to continuously build team writing skills
- Partnering with internal SMEs to document SOPs and critical processes for the build-out and/or migration of content in the Knowledge Base
- Supporting the administration of content management in the Knowledge Base
- Updating existing Knowledge Base content using technical writing and editing skills where appropriate
- Partnering with team members to develop comprehensive written materials in support of training requirements throughout the Authority
- Coordinating and facilitating SOP/Process documentation meetings with SMEs
- Converting/migrating SOPs/Processes to the Knowledge Base
- Evaluating existing content in the Knowledge Base to identify areas for improvement
- Providing substantive feedback on written content produced by the team
- Managing Knowledge Base Contract Management and Data Solutions content updates
- Managing other projects/tasks with technical writing and editing components as needed
