Day to day
- Responsible for writing, updating, organizing, and maintaining Zendesk Guide knowledge base articles for seamless multi-brand implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Support Team to ensure knowledge base is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Develop and curate articles, FAQs, guides, tutorials to provide accurate and helpful product information to customers.
