Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline technical communication or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of technical writing experience producing end user friendly process documentation
- Strong writing editing and comprehension skills
- Ability to translate complex or incomplete information into clear usable documentation
- Proven ability to work independently apply judgment and resolve ambiguity
- Experience evaluating and validating content for accuracy including AI assisted outputs
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and web based platforms
- Strong organizational research and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners
- Ability to travel as required and adhere to corporate travel policies

Day to day
- Create clear and accurate training documentation for restaurant operations new products procedures and equipment launches.
- Develop content across job helpers guides manuals video scripts and online resources for varied audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts R&D and operations teams to analyze complex procedures fill information gaps and validate real world execution.
- Maintain organized version controlled documentation and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
