Day to day
- Build and maintain long-term relationships across diverse sites and stakeholder groups
- Accelerate customers through their digital transformation journey
- Assume responsibility for the sales cycle post initial renewal
- Expand sales into other sites and continue recurring sales
- Engage proactively in networking and meetings to build awareness and support sales efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Manage RFI and RFQ processes and negotiate deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales forecasting
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
