You will design integrations, automate manual processes, troubleshoot complex issues across applications and data flows, and help shape how enterprise technologies work together.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done, and using technology to turn those opportunities into practical solutions.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, uncover root problems, and translate requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions
Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers and provide technical escalation support when needed
Lead or support root-cause analysis for production incidents and identify durable improvements that reduce recurring issues
Support application releases and production deployments, including testing, validation, change coordination, and post-release stabilization
Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, integrations, data flows, dependencies, configuration decisions, and technical standards
Apply sound incident, problem, and change management practices using IT service management tools and processes
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and other technology teams to design solutions that work effectively across the broader enterprise ecosystem
