Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Required
- 2+ years of hands-on field install or service experience and remote technical support
- Knowledge of commercial intrusion systems fire systems CCTV intercom and access controls
- Experience programming Bosch DMP and Honeywell fire and security product sites
- Working knowledge of network communications IP addressing and local and national codes
- Ability to read drawings
Nice to have
- Access control certifications
- VMS experience
Day to day
- Provide remote technical support for commercial CCTV alarm fire and card access system installations
- Assist with system conversions upgrades additions and routine configuration changes in a fast-paced remote engineering environment
- Track progress organize technical resources and deliver reliable high-quality customer support during overnight working hours
