- Proven experience in the Telecare/TEC industry (Essential)
- Relevant educational qualifications (GCSEs, NVQ level 2/3, ONC, or apprenticeship)

- Knowledge of IP/Telecoms, especially in the social alarms market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for the role

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to databases, networking, and software applications
- Work closely with users to understand and document their requirements and feedback
