Who you are

  • Proven experience in the Telecare/TEC industry (Essential)
  • Relevant educational qualifications (GCSEs, NVQ level 2/3, ONC, or apprenticeship)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IP/Telecoms, especially in the social alarms market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for the role



What the job involves

  • Provide exceptional support to customers using our telecare products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to databases, networking, and software applications
  • Work closely with users to understand and document their requirements and feedback
