Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of enterprise telecom or voice engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice
- Strong understanding of POTS SIP and PSTN connectivity
- Experience working with telecom carriers
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Day to day
- Design and support enterprise voice and telecom services across legacy and modern platforms.
- Implement reliable Microsoft Teams Voice solutions including Direct Routing and Operator Connect.
- Administer POTS, SIP trunking, cellular services, and related number management while resolving issues through Tier 2/3 support.
