• Generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical
• Manage a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region
• Provide daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions
• Create product, sales, and business function training programs
• Coordinate marketing activities with Marketing organizations
• Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff
• Participate in the recruiting process and provide hiring recommendations to senior management
• Manage budget
• Provide support to marketing and sales programs
