Toner Legal

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with sales and or call centre experience that wants the flexibility of part time hours from home. You will be calling new enquiries to the law firm (no cold calling) taking further information and progressing the enquiry (commission is available). Please see below how to apply.

The Company
Toner Legal is a specialist employment law firm that represents individuals.
We cover all areas of employment law, with a focus on negotiating exits and employment tribunal litigation.
The Role
After an initial period of training and onboarding, you will be working from home speaking to new enquiries on the phone. There is flexibility on the hours, but the initial expectation is making calls for 4 hours per day (10am to 2pm) 5 days per week.
You will be talking to new enquires and progressing them using our case management system. You will liaise with other members of the team and be able to sell our services directly to new client’s and receive a commission on sales made.
The Candidate
Sales / Call Centre experience.Experience in the legal industry is desirable.
